Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern paid purchases made within the applications published by LFD starter LLC. Each application has its own commercial model, described below. Purchases are made inside the applications; this page summarizes the applicable conditions.

1. General

LFD starter LLC publishes several applications, each with its own paid features. Prices are shown at the moment of purchase inside the app, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. By completing a purchase, you accept the specific terms presented at that moment.

2. Facturia, subscription plans

Facturia is an invoicing application sold as a monthly subscription, with a free plan.

• Free plan: available without payment, with monthly limits on the number of documents and clients.
• Paid plans: billed monthly and renewing automatically. The price of each plan is displayed on the subscription page inside the app before you confirm.
• No commitment: you may cancel at any time from your account area. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Right of withdrawal and refund: you may request a refund within 7 days of a payment. After this 7-day period the subscription is no longer refundable, but it remains cancellable at any time, and no further payment will be taken.
• Cancelling stops the automatic renewal. Except within the 7-day window above, it does not retroactively refund a period already started.

3. Khadem, company subscriptions

Khadem connects workers and companies.

• Khadem is free for workers. Creating a profile, browsing openings and chatting after a mutual match cost nothing.
• Companies subscribe in order to publish openings and contact candidates. The available plans and their prices are displayed before you confirm the purchase.
• A trial period may be offered. Its duration is stated at the moment of subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Refund: you may request a refund within 7 days of a payment, under the same conditions as above.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe) and, for in-app purchases, by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Where a purchase is made through an app store, that store’s own refund and billing rules also apply. LFD Starter does not store full card details.

6. Precedence

These terms complement, and are subordinate to, the specific terms of each application accepted at the time of purchase, as well as the rules of the app stores through which the applications are distributed.
