This policy explains how LFD starter LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal data across this website and our applications, including Facturia and Khadem. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

Our core commitment

We never use your data for advertising or for any commercial purpose unrelated to running our apps.
The data we process is used solely to make our applications work for you.

Data we process

Depending on the application and how you use it, we may process:

Account information: name, email address, and login credentials.
Content you create: for example companies, clients, quotes, invoices and expenses (Facturia), or profiles, job postings and messages (Khadem).
Voice and image input: in Facturia, a dictated sentence or a photographed document is sent to our processing providers to be turned into text, then into a document. It is used for that purpose only.
Location data: in Khadem, approximate location is used to show openings around you. It is only collected with your permission and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
Technical data: device information and logs strictly needed for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
Payment status: whether a subscription is active. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Why we process it (legal bases)

To provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract).
To keep the service secure and functioning (our legitimate interest).
To comply with our legal obligations.
With your consent, where consent is required, for example for location.

Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) and, for in-app purchases, by the app stores themselves. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

We only share data with the service providers strictly necessary to operate our apps: hosting, payment processing, transactional email, maps, and the speech and document processing used by Facturia. They act under contract and only for those purposes. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

International transfers

Our users are spread across the world, and some data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where this happens, we apply appropriate safeguards for the transfer.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses only the strictly necessary technologies required to function. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our applications may use technical storage needed to keep you signed in and to operate their features.

Children

Our applications are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
